Location

For the location we are looking for an exclusive partner, a dinosaur as we call it for this project. A perfect sponsor would be the owner of the location.

Light

For the lights we need partners that take care of the special effects light and light during the circus performances and Gala Dinner.

Sound

As Balloon Circus World will be experienced with all senses we need different sounds, depending on the tent, cage or wagon.

Insurance

The insurance will depend on the contract for the location. It should cover the builders, helpers, artists, visitors and everybody else that is involved in this project on the location as well as the location itself.

Entrance

The entrance includes the snackbar where you can get popcorn, cotton candy and soft drinks. You also find the popcorn box photo op here. The entire entrance area, all the way to the cashier box is available for our exclusive partner, the Dinosaur Package.

The entrance is not part of the competition between the teams.

Main Tent

The Main Tent is not part of the competition. The organizers, Anja Sersch, Peter Sersch and Ken Stillman will build this tent.

In the center of the main tent is the ring with an elephant standing on a ball while he is playing the trumpet. Also there is a seal on a podium balancing a ball on its nose.

In the dome is a trapeze with artists. On the edge of the ring is a clown’s car driving around. You will find seats on the outer ring where you can sit during the circus performance, which will take place several times during the opening hours.

Artist Tent

Here you will find stilt walkers, jugglers, unicycles, an air artists shows her skills on some fabric, which hangs from the ceiling, knife thrower and high ropes artists.

Gravity Tent

In the center of the tent is a gravitation globe with motorcycles and drivers. You can hear the roaring of the engines and can smell metal and rubber. In front of the globe are more motorcycles.

Horses Tent

You see horses in different poses, with or without equestrians. Just standing in a ring, without walls. You hear the horses neigh and you smell sawdust.

Bubbles, Fire Pickers, Jugglers and more

Bubble artists will make bubbles, Fire Pickers and Jugglers show what they can do and more. Everything made out of balloons.

Lion Tent

Our lions sit, stand up, jump and are controlled by the lion tamer. They aren’t dangerous because they are made out of balloons. You hear them roar and you can smell them.

Artist's Wagon

This wagon belongs to an artist, you cannot tell what artist. But the inside looks nice and you can smell seasonal fragrances.

The wagons are not part of the competition.

Circus Director's Wagon

This wagon belongs to the circus director, noble with an office inside. The fragrance of After Shave is in the air.

Clown's Wagon

The third wagon obviously belongs to the clowns. Clowns utensils everywhere, giant shoes, red noses, wigs and more.

The wagons are not part of the competition.

Bear's Cage

You can see a bear in this cage.

The cages are not part of the competition.

Bear package is available for the Bear's Cage.

Giraffe's Cage

The cages are not part of the competition.

The giraffe is too big for its cage and sticks out its neck through the top of the cage.

Lion's Cage

A lion can be seen in this cage.

The cages are not part of the competition.

Elephant's Cage

The elephant cage is empty, of course as the elephant is in the main tent. But he left something in the cage – poop and straw.

Photo Boxes

Entrance

There are three photoboxes with different Photo Ops in Balloon Circus World. Visitors can take pictures for a small fee and take them home as a memory. The pictures can have the logo of the partner on it.

Artists

Our balloon artists and all other artists will be paid and we take care of their commodity as well as food during the build and the public days. We expect approximately 200 people being involved.

Smells

The different tents will have different smells. Wether lions, horse, motorcycle - all the smells need to be evaporated.
